Incase a refund is needed by the user for a domain which hasn't been processed by us, s(He) needs to open a ticket to our billing team.

Kindly note that we currently provide a manual wire transfer to user account as indicated in the ticket.

Refunds takes just 24hrs and maximum 48hrs from initiated time.
